Email supportWhen can I download Stedion?
The first release is being prepared. The app and Pro are not yet publicly available; check the App Store for official availability. This site describes the first release and provides help for testing and future use.
How do I get started?
Choose an adult age band, priorities, activity experience and available daily time during setup. You can change these later in Settings. Today offers three daily actions; open a card for instructions and sources. Tap a completion control again to undo. The brief check-in records your energy, sleep duration and stress for the day.
Does it work offline? Do I need an account?
No app account is required. Daily actions, check-ins, routine content and bundled guides work on your device. Buying or restoring Pro, opening source websites and visiting web support require an internet connection. Records do not automatically sync across devices.
How do I switch between English and Chinese?
Choose a language in app Settings. On first use, Stedion follows your preferred system language for English or Chinese; your in-app selection takes precedence afterwards. Enabled reminders update to match your selected language.
Why am I not receiving the daily reminder?
Enable “A daily reminder” in app Settings, allow system notifications and choose a time. After changing an enabled reminder’s time, tap “Update reminder time.” If needed, check Stedion’s notification permission, Focus and Scheduled Summary in iOS Settings. Reminders are local and need no app account. Other features work with reminders turned off.
What is free, and what does Pro include?
Daily actions, check-ins, seven-day progress, guides, sources, reminders and all raw data export are free. A one-time Pro purchase unlocks a personalized six-week routine, 90-day trends and a private CSV review export, with no recurring charge. Preview the six-week routine for free before deciding whether to upgrade.
How do I restore a Pro purchase?
Sign in to the App Store with the Apple Account used for the original purchase, then select “Restore purchase” under Purchase & Restore in Stedion Settings. A connection is required. If no purchase is found, check the account and Apple purchase history. Pending transactions unlock after approval and verification. Restore recovers Pro access, not journal records from another device.
What if a product will not load or a purchase fails?
Check your connection and retry. Confirm that the App Store is available and your account allows in-app purchases. Cancelling does not unlock Pro, and a pending approval is not a completed transaction. Free features remain usable when a product is unavailable. Public purchases are not available before release. Apple handles payment and refund questions at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I export or delete my data?
Select “Export all my data” under Local data in Settings to create a free JSON export, then save it to a destination you choose in the system share sheet. Pro users can export a CSV review from Progress. To clear records, select “Delete all local data” and confirm. This turns reminders off without affecting your Apple purchase entitlement. Deletion cannot be undone; manage previously shared files and system backups separately. The app currently has no import feature.
What if my journal cannot be read?
The app preserves the original file and shows a recovery screen. Use its free original-data export first, save the file safely, then decide whether to confirm deletion and start over. Do not uninstall simply to troubleshoot, because local records may be lost. The developer has no server copy to restore. When contacting support, begin with the error description rather than sending the original file containing personal information.
Are my records a health assessment?
No. Energy, sleep, stress and action counts reflect only what you record and cannot diagnose a condition or measure biological age. Stedion does not replace medical advice. Seek qualified professional help if unwell, and contact local emergency services for an emergency.
